Organize your ideas
Skrimta’s story hierarchy helps you structure pages, chapters, characters, and settings. Easily reorganize sections, refine pacing, and keep your narrative clear. By linking everything together, you maintain a strong overview and build more cohesive stories.
From concept to script
Whether you’re defining a concept, building an outline, or writing a full script, Skrimta supports every stage. Move from rough ideas to polished scenes without switching tools. Capture inspiration, structure your story, and develop it at your own pace in a workflow that adapts to you.
Draft your pages visually
Design your comic pages directly in Skrimta. Experiment with layouts, structure scenes, and place dialogue where it belongs. Create a clear blueprint for your artwork, then bring it to life in your preferred drawing software.
Collaborate with others
Share your project with co-writers or a wider audience to gather feedback. Others can review and comment without disrupting your workflow. Whether working together or collecting input, Skrimta keeps everyone aligned while you stay in control.
Share and grow your audience
Share pages or excerpts to receive targeted feedback from readers. Comments on specific parts help you improve your story, while also building an audience around your work. Engage readers and grow a fanbase as you create.
THE BEST IDEAS ARE BORN FROM FRUSTRATION
Skrimta was created out of the frustration of trying to organize writing with traditional office tools and available writing apps that lacked the structure storytelling actually needs.
So I began building a tool that finally matched how I think, write, and work with others.
Now, it’s ready to support other graphic novel writers in creating their best work.
I hope you enjoy using it as much as I’ve enjoyed building it.

Petrit Kabashi
About me
Hi, I’m Petrit Kabashi, a freelance marketeer with a long-standing passion for comics and graphic novels. That passion was reignited about seven years ago, just before the pandemic. Like many fans, I’d always dreamed of writing my own graphic novel—and two years ago, I finally decided to go for it.
I didn’t know much about the comic industry or writing, so I took writing courses and spent countless hours learning from YouTube. But even with all that, I couldn’t find the right software to help me organize my ideas and bring them to life. That’s what led me to create Skrimta.
My hope is that Skrimta helps other writers get started—and stay motivated—to create powerful, inspiring stories. I’m excited to welcome as many storytellers as possible into the Skrimta community.
